Table Bearing Failure

“There are a lot of machines that are older than 10 years and haven’t had any work to their tables.  The tables are the most used axis and the most susceptible to debris damage.  We would recommend a bearing change if you’ve had greasing failure in the past or if you still have the original bearings.”

“Lack of grease causes premature wear to rails.  We would recommend that bearings be replaced, grease fittings be flushed and then the table has to be properly tensioned.”
